Oral presentations:
Presentations should be prepared for use with Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 in a Windows compatible format. If made in another programme or in an earlier PowerPoint version, please make sure that your presentation is compatible with PowerPoint 2016.
Take your presentation on a USB flash drive to the Retreat. Your presentation will be uploaded on the computer at the retreat. The electronic projection equipment will include a laptop equipped with PowerPoint 2016.
Oral presentations: 15 mins plus 5 min for Q&A

Poster Guidelines
A display panel will be allocated for each poster. Posters will be A0 paper size (840 mm by 1188 mm, portrait format only.
Posters are displayed for one day only either on 31st July or 1st August.
